OUR CREATIVE PROCESS
Every piece is handmade and customized to fit your specifications.
STEP 1
Brainstorm/ Design
You have some great ideas and you contact us. If we think we’re a good fit for what you are trying to achieve we’ll do initial discovery process together. This will include a round of sketches/ drawings/ picture concepts to reach a basic design. We may need to come to your location to take measurements. We’ll make some suggestions on materials if you don’t have any ideas.
STEP 2
Quote/ Signoff
When we come to consensus on design, we’ll come back to you with a quote. If you find it reasonable, you’ll sign off on the quote and provide a 50% nonrefundable deposit to get started. We’ll also discuss a timeline for completion.
STEP 3
The Build
The fun part! We bring your idea to life. You will receive regular updates and pictures of the build. We may run into some functional or technical difficulties that require clarification, so we may be contacting you with questions. As it is custom, once the build starts and you see some progress updates, you may want to take it in a slightly different direction. No problem! We may, however, prepare a small quote for the changes if they stray too far from the original design. You’ll sign off on the changes so everyone is clear what the changes are going to be.
STEP 4
Completion
Before the final finish/oil is applied, we’ll ask you to take a final look. We'll then apply the finish. Once dry, together we’ll decide on a final delivery/ pickup/ install date. Then you get to sit back and enjoy your idea that has come to life.
